Handling a team of around 15 members and direct and guide them to meet their monthly, quarterly and annual committed target. Working closely with Client Development Team to anticipate requirements & allot the requirements to the team. Responsible for maintaining Individual and team data base.

Excellent problem solving abilities with a strong technical background, good communication and interpersonal skills. Driving the team to achieve their targets along with his/her own targets. Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.

Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks. Must be proactive & self-driven. Be responsible for teams success in delivering the targets. Thoroughly understand the requirements of the client and get them fulfilled from the team.

Good understanding of various industries/ technologies. Periodic discussions and meetings with clients to understand their requirements, feedback status, candidates issues, etc.
