Accounting & Book-Keeping: Responsible for full sets of accounts, including the operations of general ledgers, AR and AP, journal entry. Maintain proper filings and audit trail records. Manage all financial transactions and documents including invoices, bank statements, courier orders, credit note, receipts, payments and expense etc. Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss account and schedules.

Review & ensure correctness of all ledger balances. Fixed assets management Assist in month-end closing, stock take and budget preparation. Handle cash management, prepare monthly bank reconciliation and handle expense reimbursement.

Tracking and keeping receivables under control, review of debtors ageing reports, follow up with various departments & customers in assisting debt collection. Other ad hoc assignments when required. Accountant Jobs, Recruitment in Chennai
