Identify, categorize and visit key account customers minimum once in a month and identify new customers. To increase call conversion ratio and enhance sales. Communicates targets to distributors, facilitates and provides necessary support to help them achieve targets.
Supporting distributors on business development, providing technical support to distributors and visiting customers. Coordinate for smooth execution of order and complaint resolution to enhance customer retention.
Meeting distributors, monitoring movement of stock, taking of fresh order, collection of dues and ensuring delivery. Accountable for setting monthly, quarterly and annual targets for the KAM/KAE to ensure the market growth.
Accountable to increase margin by reviewing & monitoring Products Mix. & Price Realization. To devise monthly sales, margins and collection plan. Provide inputs to Product Management Group on competitor moves, strategies, new market trends and potential areas.
