D for CRM (Service) Expert / Lead /Solution Architect. At least 6+ years of experience in SAP CRM and must have worked as lead in at least one SAP CRM Service/Marketing project. Minimum 3 E2E CRM service/Marketing implementations.

Hands on experience in CRM Service order, Service confirmation process, Service contract management, Service plan and campaign management. Hands on experience in integrating CRM service process with ECC logistics, controlling, finance and HR modules.
