Responsible for the achievement of revenue for the assigned territory on monthly basis. Complete understating of the Market Segments for ensuring the profitable and sustainable growth. Establish good relationship with key decision makers and address their requirements with in the given time, to maintain the growth momentum.

Ensure that existing distributors meet the outlined objectives in terms of revenue & pairs for the year. Monitor & Control the distributor performance and take necessary actions to improve the poor performance. Routine follow ups with major existing customers on the enquiries to ensure smooth relation.

 Joint visit to all customers along with Distributor Sales team on regular basis to increase the Customer base among small & medium size customers. Follow up and on time collection of all pending statutory (Form C) forms for the assigned territory. Area Sales Manager Jobs, Recruitment in Pune
