Responsible for Increase of After sales service and achieve the dealership Service Business Targets. Responsible for developing secondary networks. Usage / functioning of equipments by the dealer service staff.

Ensuring Dealer staff 100 % compliances. Responsible for improving Dealers profitability and Audit Dealers for operations as per standard service process. Customer Retention Activities: - Free Service camps, Customer meet & initial Quality survey etc. to fulfill customer desire as well as to achieve Customer satisfaction.

 Responsible for proper warranty administration of the dealership. Monitoring parts consumption in the workshop & ensuring stock level at every dealerships. Responsible for developing secondary networks.

Customer Complaint: Resolution of All Complaints.

Preparation of Monthly Reports of team : Field Technical Information Report / Timely dispatch of FTIR by dealer. Responsible for handling team of 6-10 (Area Manager /Territory service Managers). Must be handing minimum 1 state or state. Area Manager Jobs, Recruitment in Gurgaon
